Hello,
I want to let everyone know that my website, www.heirofkingmeldh.com, is down. It was hosted on Jatol and they have apparently gone ten toes up without warning. I'm in the midst of moving the site to another host. I own the domain name, BUT, I supposedly need an authorization number from Jatol to move. Only problem is - Jatol is gone, no website, no email, disconnected phone lines, etc. I'm sure there are ways around this, but it's causing a delay in getting my website back online. Please bear with me.

I'm having the same problem with needa.com and would be interested to learn if you found a solution.
Jatol was a domain name reseller for OnlineNIC. If you got your domain name through Jatol you can email OnlineNIC at cs-us@onlinenic.com (If in the US. Email contacts for other regions can be found at onlinenic.com/support) from the administrator email address on your whois record. Breifly explain the situation, including your domain name and the nameservers you need it pointed to. I was in the same boat as you and when I got my nameserver info, after I signed up with a new web host, I contacted OnlineNIC by email as stated above. Within 6 hours my domain was resolving to the site on the new host.
